Meta released Muse Wonder and Muse Wonder Full on October 12. Meta calls them its most capable models to date, built for personal and professional agentic tasks. They build on Muse Spark, the model that has powered the Meta AI app since April.
How to get it
For now the new models are for developers. Muse Wonder is available through the Meta Model API at $4 per million input tokens and $20 per million output, with a 1-million-token context window. Muse Wonder Full is not in the API: it is available only to subscribers of Muse Code, Meta's coding product, on its Power Usage ($50 a month) and Maximum Usage ($200 a month) plans.
What about the Meta AI and Muse apps
Meta says Muse Wonder will soon power experiences in Muse, its personal agent app, and will roll out first to subscribers. It has not said when it will reach the Meta AI assistant in WhatsApp, Instagram or Facebook, which still runs on the Muse Spark family.
Why it matters
With Wonder, Meta is competing at the top end against Claude, GPT and Gemini rather than only offering a free assistant inside its apps. For most people nothing changes yet; for developers it is a new option to compare on price and quality.
