About Reclaim.ai

Reclaim.ai is a calendar automation tool that syncs with your Google or Outlook calendar and finds time for the things that usually fall through the cracks: focused work, recurring habits, one-on-ones, and flexible tasks. Instead of manually blocking time, you tell Reclaim your priorities and it defends and reshuffles those blocks as your week changes.

The current version is Reclaim 2.0. In this release the company repositioned the product around AI Agents, adding a chat interface and MCP (Model Context Protocol) integrations, announced in a founders webinar. Paid plans now measure their entitlements in AI Agents per seat rather than isolated features.

Key capabilities include Smart Meetings and scheduling links, auto-scheduled tasks and habits, buffer and travel time, and calendar sync across Google and Outlook (Outlook support recently moved from beta to general availability). Recent additions include Team OOO Calendars, custom Slack out-of-office auto-replies, and improved Slack digests and conflict alerts.

Pricing is a freemium structure. The free Lite tier covers one user with 5 AI Agents, a one-week scheduling range, and limited integrations. Starter is $10/seat/month billed annually ($12 monthly) for up to 10 seats and 10 AI Agents. Business is $15/seat/month annually ($18 monthly) for up to 100 seats and 100 AI Agents. Enterprise is $22/seat/month, annual only, with 100+ seats, unlimited AI Agents, and SSO/SCIM.

Limitations are worth noting. The free tier is genuinely narrow, with a one-week horizon and few integrations, so most real workflows push you toward a paid seat. Advanced controls, SSO, and SCIM sit behind the higher tiers, and the recent AI Agents repositioning means the pricing model is still settling.

Reclaim fits individuals and teams who live inside Google or Outlook calendars and want scheduling to happen automatically. It is less suited to people who prefer manual control or who do not rely on a connected calendar as their system of record.

Advantages
  • Automatically schedules and reshuffles tasks, habits, and meetings so your calendar stays realistic as the week changes
  • Works across both Google and Outlook calendars, with Outlook now generally available rather than beta-only
  • Reclaim 2.0 adds a chat interface and MCP integrations, so scheduling can be driven conversationally and connected to other AI tools
  • Slack integration handles out-of-office auto-replies, digests, and conflict alerts, plus Team OOO Calendars for coordinating absences
  • Real free tier lets a single user try automated scheduling without paying
Disadvantages
  • The free Lite plan is limited to one user, a one-week scheduling range, and few integrations, so serious use requires a paid seat
  • Pricing is per seat and the AI Agents model is new, making it harder to predict costs as your usage grows
  • SSO and SCIM are gated to the Enterprise tier, which is annual-only
  • Relies entirely on a connected calendar, so it offers little value if you do not run your life through Google or Outlook
  • The 2.0 AI Agents repositioning is recent, so some workflows and entitlements are still stabilizing

  • You want to start free and upgrade as your scheduling needs grow
